Having moved 12 times in the last 25 years between 5 cities, near Cleveland Ohio, makes me an expert in finding the perfect location for you.   The 5 most important questions I asked myself while considering making an offer on a new property. 1.Does my Realtor support my decisions? 2.Do I love what the City has to offer myself and/or family recreationaly? 3.Is travel reasonable for my employment? 4.What's the crime rate? 5.What are the schools rated and do they offer programs my children my need (e.g., classroom aid, physical therapy...?) You may have your own set of questions. That's great!
